Hull Cards and Tail Cards are run by the same team and share one store, so one set of order records and one support inbox.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address so we can make and deliver your cards, plus the photo and the boat details you put on them. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; card numbers never reach our servers. Your cart is kept in your own browser.

Your boat's details

Everything on a card comes from you. If you enter a hull identification number, the card prints only its first three and last four characters, never the whole number. Anyone who checks a card's seal at hullcards.com/v sees the boat's name and the card's details, not who ordered it.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and when orders are placed (with the order total, not who placed it). Google may set cookies to do this. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's tracker blocking.

You can manage these in your ad settings with each company or with your browser's tracker blocking.

How we use it

To print and ship your order, to email you about it, and to answer you if you write to us. We share your shipping details with the carrier that delivers the order, and with no one else. If you sign up for email, you get Hull Cards emails, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to delete your order details or uploaded photos and we will, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons. Write to support@tailcards.com.
